RUNNING HAT
All runners will receive a new gift for 2025....we will offer a comfortable, running-fit, adjustable rear Running Hat to all runners for the 5k and 10k runs.
FINISHER MEDALLION
All runners receive a Custom Designed Wood Medallion/that detaches to become an ORNAMENT..Kids receive one as well for the Kids Mile. Germans love their WOOD Artwork and creativity, so we keep the tradition alive. (not actual medal shown)
HOT DRINK MUG
Collectors MUG...each year runners get a special mug, we have had Aluminium, Ceramic, Hand-dipped designs and Glass...this year will be a multi-colored and decorated Ceramic Mug different than all the others. Design is created in September (Pictured is not actual mug)
FREE YOGA SESSION
YOGA SIX is a proud sponsor of our 9 races and offers every runner a FREE Yoga Session over the next 3 months. Use your bib chip and you can get a free Yoga Session at their many locations. Get out and try soem yoga, it is great for running and muscle strength. ($15 value)
COOKIES GALORE
It wouldn't be a German Festival without different german Mustards (senf) and different merchandise... we will have some of the coolest hats, shirts and gear we bring from Germany. So come to the POST PARTY at The Waterloo Rstaurant 2 blocks away for the warm, LARGE PRETZEL, some mustards and a cold beer and fun music. 10:30-2:00pm
POST-PARTY @ Park and Cookie Decorating
Our new addition to having a small Kids Cookie Decorating Area was a hit...we will continue to do the table and play Holiday Music all day long to get you in the spirit of the holiday season.
HOT CHOCOLATE BAR
Our BEST PARTY is during the Holiday Season...we will host a HOT COCOA BAR for 2025 with different toppings, whipped creams and sprinkled candy canes. Use your finisher mug for all your drinks and favorites.

It would NOT be CANDY CANE race without candy canes...originating in the Churches of germany, they now coem in 10 different flavors, different shapes and are a staple to any holiday candy or treat. Spearmint, Peppermint, Cinnimon...what is your favorite

Be on the LOOK OUT...we hide many small elves on the course that are watching over the course. Grab one...and bring it back to the finish line for Prizes, Gift Cards or even CASH! You may even win a free entry to any race in 2026 and our many races.
